Purpose

  • help students recognize their leadership potential
  • train students at Maillard in leadership skills
  • encourage students to become leaders in their communities
  • encourage students to find something they are passionate about and take the initiative to do something about it
  • help students recognize the "ripple" effect they can have on their world
